| I Need Valentine's Day Recipes! | | I'd like to plan a really special family meal for Valentine's Day. I know that my supermarket cuts steaks into heart shapes (we're not big steak eaters) and I already know about the pink punch and heart-shaped cookies I'll probably bake... but what else can be an entree or side dish that would be great to serve for the holiday?Also, any ideas for a theme party for Valentine's Day? | | Valentines Party At School | | My son's classroom is having a Valentines party on February 14th for about an hour in his class. There will be lots of yummy foods to eat and activities and crafts to do. It may include exchanging of Valentines if each child wanted to bring in something for each student. I've been thinking about what my son should take as we have never done anything like this before. Do you think a few chocolates or maybe something more healthy, nicely wrapped would be ok? | Did you do anything special or weird for Valentines day? | | Me and my wife went to a metal concert last February 13 to see Trivium live in Manila. Well my wife isn't that much of a fan of that kind of music that i like but still I'm happy at least she went there with me. I think she enjoyed some song but not everything. Well at least I got to see the band that I like and by the way... it was the first concert my wife have ever been to! She had a blast! | |

| Happy Valentines Day Everyone! | | At the moment I don't have a man in my life, but that did not stop me from getting flowers and candy today. My daugher stopped by this morning and gave me flowers and candy. She did not want me to feel sad or left out of the holiday. That was so sweet of her. Here is a pic of my flowers and candy, plus the candy is my favorite, chocolate covered cherries.
