Discuss holiday items, ideas, and cheer!| For holiday meals, do you buy a frozen or fresh turkey? | | I've often wondered if people actually had a preference. I buy fresh turkeys. I honestly don't know if they taste any better; I simply don't have the room to hold a frozen turkey in my freezer for a week or so. So, I wait until a few days before the big event and buy a fresh one then.Does anyone else buy fresh and is there a specific reason why you do it? If you get a frozen turkey, is it because you can buy it early so you won't have to worry about it later?
