Gift for Santa
This is my 500th post, yay I did it! I can copy and paste! On a serious note, my daughter bought A Present for Santa Clause. How do we deal with present. We were thinking we would write a note telling her that Santa can not accept presents, but how do you going about say that.Any input would be appreicated.
It sucks making money decisions at Christmastime
My daughter has been taking piano lessons the last few weeks but she hates to practice every night. Today I'm going to cancel the lessons because the $50 a month I'm spending on them is needed to buy her Christmas presents. She wants a microscope and A Present from Santa. She still believes even at 9 years old and I'm not about to blow it for her now. Maybe I can restart the lessons in the Spring but for right now I can't afford it if I want to give her a happy Christmas.Have any of you had to give something up in order to get something else you wanted?
Is there really a Santa???
When I was still a kid, we always been taught to be good or else no present from Santa. As I walked down memory lane, I recalled reading about Santa, I watched movies about Santa. I have seen people imitating all dressed up like one. Is there really a Santa? Does he really exist in reality? Can anyone tell me how was Santa created - I mean who was his creator? Nothing to it but pure curiosity.. Can anyone share something with me on these?? Merry Christmas in advance..hohoho
The meaning of Christmas....
Sure I believed in Santa when I was a kid, and I wasn't to depressed when I found out he wasn't real. Why is it such a huge thing to keep your kids believing in Santa? Isn't the true meaning of Christmas the birth of Jesus and the wisemen bringing him presents? I mean there was never really a Santa right, just a saint or something that would give presents to the poor children or something like that? I don't know. My boyfriend is all about keeping the fantasy alive for his children, he enjoys it...so I think it is more for him, but in my opinion it doesn't really matter to me whether or not my son gets a present from "Santa". Isn't the true meaning about giving and family anyway? Hmm.
Secret Christmas party for Mylot members! GET YOUR PRESENTS!
All alone for Christmas? No friends? All by yourself? Not me! And not you either! This is turning out to be a really good year and a good loving Christmas season, so I'm sharing the love! Join this topic and on Christmas eve I guarantee you will get at least one present from Santa, because I will post a download link for at least one thing from me to you! This includes all the jerks i've been trolling, all races, faiths, and nationalities, all are welcome here!I write my own programs and stuff and that's what I will upload, but anybody that joins here can pitch in - just post download links to free stuff from you. If you don't have anything of your own, find a download link for a free e-book or something with author permission that has no copyright restrictions and post the link to it on Christmas eve!But save it until Christmas eve, before then don't post anything but nice Christmas pics:)I know it's tempting but save all the download links in notepad until it's time. And mention this discussion to people you see posting about being depressed for Christmas, there's enough love in this world for everybody! We can make sure everybody lonely gets something this year...
It's already near Christmas...

Maybe you don't like your present job
Many people these days realize that they're lucky to have jobs. But for those who are bored out of their minds at work and know it's not the right time to make a job change. Many people experience dissatisfaction at their jobs. In fact, about 55 percent of workers are reportedly underemployed and not engaged at work, which involves having a job that does not fully utilize your skills. Underemployment isn't just about boredom; you can have a job where you are occupied all day. This phenomenon can sour your attitude and runs rampant through many workplaces. Do something engaging by taking up a hobby or spending time with people you enjoy. Many people use this time to moonlight doing work they enjoy, and some take that a step further and prepare to open their own business.
What to present.
Hi friends,Coming sunday its a big day for all our college mates. Because one of my close friend is going to get married with his lady love. Me and my friends have supported for his love and now they are going to get engaged. though he doesn't expect anything from us, we would like to present a gift for his marriage. The gift should be unforgattable in his life and both the couples should use the present in everyday's life. We are bit confused from it. Do you have any idea about it.Happy Mylotting.Have a nice day.
What are your favourite BRITISH TV programmes (past and present)?
What are your favourite BRITISH television programmes, both past and present? I live in the UK and love a lot of our programmes such as Doctor Who, Life On Mars, Ashes to Ashes, Casualty, Holby City, Dancing On Ice, Strictly Come Dancing, etc. I also love old British sitcoms from the 1970s and 1980s like Man About The House, Are You Being Served?, George & Mildred, Terry & June, Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em, Only Fools and Horses, etc. If you live outside the UK, which of our programmes are shown on TV in your countries? I will attach a photo of me at the National Film Museum in London, whee I am standing near the Doctor Who exhibit with the Dalek and the TARDIS.
